La temporada de premios sigue su curso y, tras algunos contratiempos debido a los incendios forestales en Los Ángeles, finalmente se celebró la esperada ceremonia de los Critics Choice Awards 2025. El evento tuvo lugar el viernes en Santa Mónica, con la comediante Chelsea Handler como anfitriona.

Los Critics Choice Awards, conocidos por honrar lo mejor del cine y la televisión, vieron a “Wicked” y “Conclave” como las grandes favoritas de la noche, con 11 nominaciones cada una. A corta distancia, “Dune: Parte Dos” y “Emilia Pérez” lograron 10 nominaciones.

En cuanto a la televisión, el drama épico de Hulu, “Shōgun”, se destacó con 6 nominaciones, mientras que otras producciones como “The Diplomat”, “The Penguin”, “Abbott Elementary”, “What We Do in the Shadows” y “Hacks” se empataron en el segundo lugar con 4 nominaciones cada una.

Este año, la ceremonia se celebró en un ambiente de emoción y entusiasmo, donde se reconocieron los mejores logros de la industria en cine y televisión. Sin duda, una noche llena de sorpresas y talento.
